「During my recent visit to the hotel, I was impressed by several positive aspects that contributed to an overall enjoyable experience. One of the standout features was the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the time of my departure, the hotel's employees consistently displayed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
The cleanliness of the premises was another notable advantage. My room was meticulously maintained, and the common areas...
「It’s about a 10 min brisk walk to the train station and the ferry station making it very easy to get around. Lots of places to eat nearby and stores for little stuff like water, snacks, etc. The room itself was very small for two people. We were up on the third floor accessed only by a spiral staircase with narrow steps. Pack accordingly! If you are not able bodied this is not the right place to stay. The front desk was never staffed the entire time we stayed there. So there’s no one to help...
「The Hoel was small and tucked into the neighborhood with almost immediate access to a waterfront park. The room was spacious and very clean, although the bathroom could have used some physical maintenance. I appreciated the bottles of water left each day but, and this is my only nit, I could not find any information in the room describing hotel procedures or amenities. I would stay at Riva's Moda again, particularly for the wonderful rooftop restaurant!」
「I believe the ratings are totally manipulated. The rating should be 7.5, no more than that. Entrance and reception looks like a backpacker hostel. There are NO ELEVATORS. THERE IS A NARROW STAIR. Guest has no control over aircon temperature. The hotel has set it at 26 or 27. There is a thermostat in the room but it does not work. There are bagsfull of stuff and cleaning supplies outside the room 24 hours a day. This may be good hotel for price range of $50 per night. I should know as I have...
"Excellent service and very beautiful old hotel with an amazing view! All staff were top notch and so friendly! Will definitely be back and recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay!"
