「The location is fantastic where you can see the balloon flying in the morning and enjoy both sun rise and sunset. overall facilities are good and the staff there is helpful. Be advised that the hotel is quite far away from the downtown, where it takes at least 8 mins driving. Despite there is restaurant nearby, still recommend to rent a car if you choose to stay there as there is plenty of parking area. As a cat lovers, there are many cats stay around where they may enter your room and sleep...

「Ourtime at the hotel was very positive. The room was a little musty as what would be expected in a cave room. It really felt like a cave experience. The staff will be very helpful and went out of their way to make a experience a positive one. Ali the night staff was especially helpful when helping us book tour.
