「Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.」

「Vraiment, nous avons beaucoup aimé cet établissement . L’accueil a été chaleureux , la chambre vraiment parfaite , grande et confortable. La douche et les autres commodités sont très bien . 「Design looks amazing! Very close to town and the people there very kind and helpful, always try their best efforts to assist the guest. Unfourtanly, we failed to watch the hot air balloon from the hotel due the weather reason, but we also take some good picture from hotel Terrance. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「I stayed in December and I had my own car. I wanted a place that was warm and quiet and this was both, but so much more! Uçisar is very quiet and chill but easy to get everywhere if you have a car. The hotel is a short walk to the Uçisar castle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were out of this world! I had dinner there also and they were very accommodating to me as a vegetarian. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!」

「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「I had a lovely three night stay at this hotel. It’s less than a ten minute walk to the main road where all the restaurants are located. Each morning, the guest house provides a decent breakfast for guests, and my room, while simple, had a view of the hot air balloons floating by. A great stay overall!」
