「The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well.
Their vibe on rooftop is incomparable, we enjoyed the time there very much!

「Seeing Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip and stayed 3 night in this hotel. Located on a high ground of Goreme with stunning panoramic view to the entire valley. One of the best place to see the early morning hot air balloons flying over the city. The hotel setting is excellent with every room is different in shape and confriguration, and the real cave room, the one I had, was an unique experience to me. 「Just OK. Would not stay again.
Pros: Clean
Good location
Staff cordial but not very friendly.
Cons: Does not resemble the marketing pictures.
No robe (shown in all the pictures)
No down Duvet (just cheap synthetic duvet... Which would be fine if they hadn't advertised a down Duvet)
No scrub loofah as shown in pictures as part of the toiletries offering.
Not decorated and designed as the pictures show.
My first room (2days)was very small with very low light...

「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」
