Everything was ok. the terrace is fantastic. Just one thing check before to book a ballon in get your Gide I found much more cheaper and exclusive there than what the hotel had. The location is fantastic ! It is really close to restaurants!

Our room was a real cave shaped, maybe little dark but we wanted to have the cave experience. From the terrace we could watch the balloons flights, it is well located. From the terrace we also enjoyed nice views during breakfast or the evening. The personal was very kind and helpful in any moment.

We booked there a budget room and that is what we get. Room and bathroom equipment was a really basic one. What this hotel makes exceptional is the staff, views from the hotels terrace and restaurant. I would like to mentioned the staff, especially the lady at reception who was helpful a lot with quite extensive explanation about the whole Cappadocia area. Her tips was quite valuable. The view from hotels terrace and restaurant was splendid. It was open to the whole Goreme valley and exceptionally fit to see it all over even with the Cappadocias highlight -> hot air balloons flowing over

Well the people that run the hotel are amazing! The pleasant surprise was the upgrade from economy rooms to deluxe… the rooms were super cozy, clean, authentic decorated. The bedding was so soft. Everything that we needed we had. We had a beautiful view of air balloon attraction every morning from the terrace if the hotel. While city view is right there in front of you like on the palm of your hand. The breakfast was made with love. We were so close to everything in this beautiful town. The staff was there 24/7, they were helping booking all our transfers. They spoke perfect english! There is nothing i would change about our stay there. Would go back in a hart beat and stay with them again! ❤️❤️❤️
