One of the best views in Cappadocia, facing the beautiful and historic Uchisar Castle and the balley where all the hot air balloons rise from. The resort staff is friendly and breakfast service is amazing too.

Hotel is in a very good location, the view is the best in the area. Breakfast is very complete and good quality. Unfortunately the main receptionist is very unfriendly and was not dedication or service to the guest. The hotel have good potential if the personnel get some training on how to treat properly the guests… a simple smile go really fare…

7 star views, 3 star accommodation. I stayed two nights at Hermes Cave Hotel. The room was spacious with twin beds, tv, air con, fridge & WiFi. The room is quite run down, some of the plug sockets don’t work. The bed was comfy but the duvet was marked & had holes in. The bathroom had a shower with good water pressure & a nice range of toiletries. The bathroom itself needs a bit of tlc. The terrace is beautiful with incredible views over Uchisar castle & the fairy chimneys. It’s a fab location just a 5 minute walk to the castle. There are also supermarkets near by just a few minutes walk. Breakfast is delicious with fresh omelette, chips, onion rings, cheese toastie type tortillas, salad, meats, fruit, olives, bread & a variety of spreads. The first morning we were offered Turkish tea & coffee but the second morning there was only self service with teabags, which was quite a different experience. Beware of asking for juice to drink as they charge your room without telling you it’s not included at £5 for half a glass. Breakfast is stated as 8am but when you come down it’s always 8.30 or later so quite late if you want an early start. The pool was closed & dirty which was a shame but it’s a nice size & overlooks the castle. On the roof there are amazing views, it would be a really nice space to sit & admire the view with a bit of a revamp. This hotel is worth it for the amazing views & nice breakfast. But be prepared for the accommodation to be slightly run down.

Great hotel

We stayed 3 nights in Hermes cave hotel in the honey moon suite, i would defiantly recommend staying there. It's is very well located near Uchisar castle, and has amazing view of the valley and the castle. The stuff is very helpful, specially the manager of the hotel Mert. He helped us organize all out tours and suggested restaurants and walking trails in all the area. The breakfast is very tasty and big :) full of local dishes

Loved my stay at this property, front desk girl was very helpful, told us Al the places we should visit since we had no tour schedule. The room was nice and clean and the pool was my son’s highlight. They stored my luggage on arrival since I was there early and also on my departure day. Food at the restaurant was delicious, best caprese salad we had in Turkey.

De passage en capadocce nous avons passé une nuit à l’hôtel qui dispose d’une vue exceptionnelle! En revanche, pas d’ascenseur, pas de pente permettant l’accessibilité pour PMR. Autre gros hic, nous avons trouvé un scorpion, un vrai de vrai dans la chambre sur le lit… nous avons donc très mal dormi. En revanche, le personnel est exceptionnel et très serviable !
