We had a great stay as a family of 5. Our room had a balcony which was an amazing place to watch the morning balloons from, plenty of space for the kids and separate sleeping area for the adults. Restaurant property was good, and had a nice breakfast. In easy walking distance to the whole town and lots of good dining options, staff were always helpful and their airport transportation was on time and well priced. Overall a great place to stay.

Location, service and restaurant / roof top were amazing. Rooms are very comfortable. Our only comment would be that our suite had poor lighting so it was difficult to work around our baggage and get ready (make-up) to leave the room.

The room that we got was so different from the pictures. It was so tiny. Compared with $378 we paid, it’s not worth at all. We checked in at 1am. we just thought that’s only 3-4 hour sleep. If we check in normal time, we would have to complain it. Luckily we got Milat for the second night. It’s cheaper and much more comfortable. We paid only $110 and breakfast was so much better. If you looking for the best hotel in Cappadocia, you better give this hotel as your last choice.

If your are go for the beautiful rooftop and cave environment, it would be your best choice. But the king suit is overrated, except the jacuzzi is not working, hot water pot wire too short, some sockets are out of power, falling some lime etc. Other things were cozy and the staff is super helpful.
