6/10 一般般

The hotel is beautiful and very close to everything. Although the staff tried to be helpful, the hotel is not accessible for people with mobility difficulties, and getting around can be very inconvenient. The beds were old and hard, and the pillows had a sweaty smell. Breakfast was good and complete.

The hotel is very close to shops and amenities. The hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean. I was solo travelling and I felt very safe coming back late from excursions. There was always a member of staff manning the site. The views were excellent as well. I would recommend the hotel.

Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Service! We had a wonderful experience staying at Hera Hotel in Cappadocia! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The reception team was extremely helpful, professional, and honest. They coordinated our round-trip airport transportation, assisted us with booking our hot air balloon experience by explaining the available options, and patiently answered all our questions about Göreme and the surrounding attractions. The hotel restaurant was outstanding, and the included breakfast was delicious, with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality and willingness of everyone on the staff to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended! Hera Hotel truly deserves five stars, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Cappadocia!

This was a lovely place to stay, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and generous in every way. They were very accommodating with an early check-in and frequently went above and beyond to assist us. The cave-style rooms were delightful and offered a unique experience, and they were also very clean. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!
