Amber suites is amazing. Check out the moonlight suite for the best views. It has two amazing private balconies that you can use to view the balloons every morning. the staff is amazing and helps you with everything, even above and beyond. It’s a family owned business and you really get the attentiveness that comes with that. Beautiful hotel, amazing experience

Nice hotel overall. There’s some construction work going on opposite the hotel, which means the view isn’t great at the moment and it can be a bit noisy. Other than that, the hotel is good and clean, and the staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Amber Cave and would happily recommend it. The location is fantastic—set on top of the hill with beautiful views and easy access to great restaurants, cafés, and rooftop terraces. Although there was some renovation work happening on a nearby fairy chimney during our stay, the views were still impressive and will be even better once the work is finished. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what truly made our stay special was the family who runs the hotel. Their warmth and hospitality were exceptional. They made us feel at home from day one and went out of their way to help with everything from booking tours to arranging a memorable birthday dinner for us. Amber Cave is run by genuinely wonderful people who care deeply about their guests. We would definitely stay here again.

For the price it was great. There are some maintenance issues with the room but there was hot water and a/c worked well. It was a cave room. Breakfast was good. It is very close to the center of Goreme. It is a small family hotel.

We had the most wonderful 5 days at Amber Cave Suites. Hasan and his family (including the staff) were not just welcoming but made us feel part of their family. With only 13 rooms, this hotel is a rare find and jewel. The breakfast was delicious with a spread of a variety of turkish delicacies, all freshly prepared. The terrace on which it was served has wonderful views over Goreme. Our room (Moonlight), set in a cave stylishly refurbished, was a treat to come back to. The outside terrace provided a relaxing home to sit and read. We could also enjoy viewing balloons from there in the morning. I would highly recommend this peaceful gem on top of Goreme. Thank you Hasan and family. We will be back.

Amazing staff and hotel. The breakfast is really good and the hotel is very clean. You have a nice view of cappadocia from the hotel and are able to see the hot air balloons during sunrise. The room was very clean and the staff is very helpful. Beware though that the hotel does not have an elevator obviously because it is a cave. However, the staff is very helpful in bringing your luggage up. The hotel itself is on a steeper hill so beware that you will have to go up and down when you want to go anywhere. Overall loved my stay and the breakfast was great!

Such an authentic cave hotel. We loved our stay. Family run and managed and they were amazing. they helped us with a local tour that was great. And their breakfast the comes with the room was amazingly fresh and delicious with local flavours. Anything we needed the hosts we just a call away.
