"Staff = Incredible. Hotel = Horrendous. The hotel was filthy. The beds had what look like blood on the sheets, the sink was cracked and broken, the bathtub was filthy, and the walls were spattered. The iron had crusted burnt on food as if someone had tried to make a grilled cheese sandwich with it. It’s amazing that it had pretty decent reviews and the pictures are very deceiving. This place is a dump!!."

"We were very satisfied the room was clean, large space and the pool and gym were awesome. The breakfast was great and we will definitely be staying again. "

"We arrived here late and left relatively early the next morning. Hence I didn't have a long time to observe things for a review. I booked this as it was convenient to the person who was picking us up in the morning. The hotel provided breakfast and was price-competitive with others in the area. Check-in was smooth. The room was clean and fairly spacious. The only minor negatives were: * the shower curtain - it literally hung from the rod to about 2 inches below the top of the tub. Until it got wet, the wind from the shower blew it beyond the tub. They just need 2 - 3 more inches of curtain and this would be fine. As it was, there tended to be some water outside the tub. * when we turned out the lights to go to sleep, there was a bright blue glow from the A/C's control panel. Luckily, the notepad the hotel provides was just the right size to cover that LED panel. * The door closing mechanism sometimes got caught on the security latch. My advice is to re-check the door for closure. The breakfast here (started at 6 a.m. on a weekday) was above average. They featured real bacon, which hasn't been the norm for a while. We had no noise issues. I didn't get to check out the surrounding area much, but I think it was near various shops / restaurants. There was a Costco nearby also. The area appeared safe. This was far enough from the airport that there is no shuttle service offered. Depending on what area you want to stay in, this could be a good choice."

"AC loud and no fan setting other than high, outside dirty and creepy, no coffee machine, TV did not boot up after numerous tries. Front desk did not answer phone. "

"The room smelled like a mildew, waited over an hour for extra towels so we could head to the pool and an extra blanket so had to go back to the office a 2nd time to get them, and a since we had 4 people in our room (which is how many we said would be in the room) but they didn’t leave anything extra for us to use.. Looked like homeless people hanging out all in the parking lot.. The door to our room was opened when we got there so wasn’t sure if any body was in there.. "

"Hotel itself seemed clean enough but the room was a disaster. Bed was wet, which I discovered agreed laying down for a bit and my back soaking up ... Whatever it was. Shower pipes we're noisy/squealing the whole time, ironing board was literally disintegrating, sharing broken pieces all over the floor. Iron ruined my white shirt leaking rust all over it. Floor felt skinny to talk barefoot on. Really a horrible room experience."
