「We really enjoyed this hotel. We made a booking on short notice for Christmas night after finding out family would be in the area, so we weren't too concerned about amenities, just proximity to the house our relatives would be staying in. We didn't speak to any staff until check-out due to the holiday. The staff were very helpful and brought a requested item to our room within minutes though we were in a different building! The facilities, lobby, and room were all clean and nice.
