「Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do. Really happy.」

「My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. We could easily walk to a range of really good bars and restaurants and there is a massive supermarket five minutes walk away. Loved it.」

「We enjoyed our short stay at 3 pines very much. Maria greeted us very warmly and she was very professional. The accommodation was perfect for us. It was very clean and spacious, well equipped with all the necessities. The attention to small details stood out to me. It was nice to have access to a washing machine after various days travelling .
