「Wir waren für 11 Nächte im Alsus Resort und fanden es super schön. Es ist ein kleines, ruhiges Hotel. Die Pools sind sehr angenehm und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker, Mini-Kritikpunkt: es hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein dürfen, dennoch sehr lecker! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel in dem man gerne länger bleibt. Was man jedoch wissen muss, von den Haupt-Touristenspots ist etwas abgelegener, aber trotz Flughafennähe-kein Fluglärm.」

「Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren hervorragend. Abends Service am Platz und als Abschluss einen Raki. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer mit Whirlpool war sauber und sehr geräumig. Am Pool konnte man sich entspannen da alles sehr ruhig und gediegen war. 「Very good hotel. Having kitchen with a fridge is a great advantage if you stay for more than three nights. It’s a bit far from touristic places which is not necessarily good or bad but great thing is that there’s a bus stop nearby with a free rode to the city center. The beach is 10-15 minutes to walk. Administrators are the nicest people who were there to navigate us in our first days on Crete.」

Die Einrichtung entspricht den Fotos, wer Luxus und Hochmodern erwartet ist hier falsch - aber was viel wichtiger ist: Die Familie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und kümmert sich aktiv um die Belange der Gäste. 「The house was a lovely old Cretan house renovated to a high standard, and Popi was a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable host - really friendly and full of suggestions of where to go next. You will need to have a car to get around as it is not at all central, and do not expect a modern building - but it was full of character and the aircon worked very well, so in my eyes it was perfect! I would happily stay here again, and hope to do so some day in the coming years.」

「We stay only 2 days, however help coming from management was exceptional by supply with WiFi password before hand in order to gain access to the room upon late arrival. Room was very modern and clean. Kitchen facility well equipped and small bottle of raki was very nice welcome touch. Facility are little harder to find for people unfamiliar with the city and google maps and my GPS had problem with finding the place. Other then small issue our stay was super pleasant and very comfortable. 」

「On a quick visit to Crete we stayed here and enjoyed the property. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Breakfast has good warm and cold options with fresh fruit and cafe quality coffee options. Its located very close to the city center of Heraklion, very easy walking to shopping and dining options.
