"It's a little bit older hotel, but this doesn't mean that it is bad. It has a great charm, is very, very clean and well maintained. The owner takes great care of his hotel and is absolutely very helpful. If you have a wish he really tries everything to fulfill it. This hotel is family owned. The pool and surrounding areas are also very nice and clean. The direct access to the beach let you almost forget that you are on the island of crete. Very good for families with children. If I have the pleasure to come back to crete, it will be for sure my first choice. I can recommend this hotel without any hesitation."

"The property is located on a beach with good facilities. The pools are lovely and the resort was very peaceful even though there were a lot of families with kids including ours. The food was good but the best part - the staff. They were simply excellent. Very kind, courteous, friendly and the famous Cretan hospitality shines through. Would definitely go again."

Location was ideal for me- close to the beach and bus stop right in front for convenient travel to Heraklion. Overall, really enjoyed my stay."

"Amazing hotel but the night shift hotel staff was rude and wouldn’t help book anything the day of including a taxi to the other side of the Island which we ended up doing ourselves. We also tried to book a sailing excursion the day of and they told us no and then we did it ourselves and both times when we got back the staff questioned where and how we went and did it day of 😂 it was honestly really uncomfortable"

"This would have been the perfect hotel had it not been for hundreds of unruly children running around. I blame the parents for the lack of order. The worst part was in the evening. In the bar for a relaxing drink and live music but liile kids running around the tables and back and forth in front of the band. Also there is a dress code but not enforced. Big overweight men in sleeveless t-shirts and bushes of hair sticking out of their armpits during mealtime. Beautiful hotel but we won’t be back."
