"Perfect hotel for international traveler, either after arriving and/or night before departure. Super convenient being attached to terminal three.."

"We arrived for breakfast at 9:30 am, and we were told by the staff member that breakfast was closed even though our voucher clearly stated the hours were 6:30-10:00am. When we pointed that out she allowed in but told us to hurry. Nearly all the food was gone in the buffet and they were not going to replenish it. At 9:45 the same staff member told us it was closed and asked us to leave. The hotel facilities seemed great but our interactions with the staff left us with a rude impression."
