「It was great because it was right on the beach, but we didn't have a view of the gulf. It was strange with all communication coming via text -- no check-in at a desk. It was nice to get messages daily from what I called "the team" and I was able to ask any querstions. I just miss some face-to-face time. 」

「The condo needed a little work. The ceiling in the shower needed repair. The paint in the same bath was peeling. There was not enough toilet paper, we had to buy 2 more rolls」

「This place had an excellent location. They say it will sleep 6, but that seems like too many people. Our family of 4 fit perfect, and we didn't just come for the room. However upon arrival, the master bed had obvious dirty sheets with hair all over the bed. They did come back to change the sheets. Check out is at 9 AM so you will need to prep the night before and because of the early check out the elevators were busy. 「We were able to check in a little early. The unit was clean and very comfortable. We thought there was a problem with the door lock and a maintenace man came within minutes of us calling. I would stay here again. FYI for anyone thinking of staying here, DO NOT forget to put the parking pass in your windshield. They check for it. I forgot one day and had a notice put on my vehicle. 」

「The overall stay was pretty good. The day we checked in, it was raining. There were ceiling leaks by the elevators and in the hallway to our condo. The floor in the condo was sandy. We swept it and contained our sand to the entryway. Check in and check out was a breeze. We had trouble getting the TV to turn on even after having help over the phone. They sent the maintenance the next morning while we were out for breakfast. After that, we had TV service. I would recommend this facility...
