"Excellent staff across all areas, bathroom a bit dates, shower rose not very adjustable or useful, dated shower over bath and awkward to get in, great breakfast, in fact the best breakfast on any of my stays only downfall is you have to pay for coffee after expensive breakfast charge"

"Convenient location - walking distance to mall, China Town, train station, tram stop. Downside to location is street noise and being the slightly dodgy part of town. Large rooms, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value."

"We stayed here the night before catching the bus to Monarto Safari Park. We were upgraded to a high corner room with great views over the city and out to the Hills. The room was quiet and dark at night with a comfortable bed. The location is really good, close to shopping, restaurants and public transport. There's even an excellent supermarket across the road."
