We were upgraded to a lovely suite, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable . The continental breakfast was ample and the grounds and gardens lovely!

The room was beautiful, so unique and i loved the 'old castle' feel about the manor. The room service ladies were lovely and helpful. There was attention to detail with the products/brands supplied in the room, such as T2, Nespresso coffee machine & pods, well stocked mini fridge & breakfast foods, i even loved the meal bowls! And in the bathroom the handwash & shower/hair care products were beautiful. I thought a lot of care had gone into these little things, which made a big difference compared to other venues my husband and i have stayed at. It all made us feel very welcome and we can't wait to return in future. So peaceful & relaxing too! Perfect getaway 👌

The room was not suitable as the toilet and shower was up a very tight circular staircase . I have a knee injury so was not able to stay in the room allocated . There was no replacement so we had to cancel and find alternative accommodation at 6.30pm . The manager eventually approved a credit . The offer of a single room back in Adelaide didn’t suit either as I was with my grandson and daughter. This style of room would not suit seniors , or families .

We liked the architecture of the building. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the coffee machine but the staff member was able to find another machine for us after trying hard to fix the one we had. This solved the issue. The room was clean and quite roomy. The water pressure was great in the shower! The scenery was lovely.

酒店内花园景色非常美，就是去酒店的道路稍微绕和狭窄一些，还好那里车辆也比较少，就是最好不要在深夜才开去酒店，疫情期间酒店也不提供任何的餐饮服务，不知以后会不会开放
