The words “private” and “secluded” are thrown around a lot on the entire website. You are promised “Artesian Private Hot Springs” and are given a hot tub that can be looked into via the lounge area. The private telescope is also situated in an open lobby that is anything but private. I understand it’s luxury but NOTHING can justify the $1500 stay for a single night. 3/10 Staff were amazing, however there is a distinct lack of information in the room in regards to in room services, as well as overall information on dining. $1500 for one night and I felt bad about ordering 6 egg whites for breakfast. For $1500 for 16hrs of stay - give me a 5 star buffet so the price can be just a tiny bit

Fantastic

Fantastic stay at the Sequoia Lodge. The hotel has been built with the highest grade materials, furniture and technology making it the most stress less experience. Beautiful views and gourmet food and drinks available from the lodge itself. HVR and Mount Lofty House form part of the same property offering some of the finest dining Australia can offer.
