「The unit is spacious, and the self-check is smooth. It’s too inconvenient to light up the stove with a match. Please upgrade the stove, and at provide customer a long lighter for safety purpose.」

「We loved the place and they replied very quickly when we had questions 」

「Has to go through a long and arduous pre check in process which was totally in expected. It was especially stressful when this happened during a road trip with limited wifi access. The crockery was quite greasy and some of the linen was stained. 」

「Requested parking but no ticket was left in lock box. Spoke to someone on phone whom I could barely understand. Ended up paying $33 instead of $15 for parking. Have to request if you want the 3rd queen bed set up which is not stated anywhere on booking site. According to the email I received back when I complained you have to request the extra bed and linen which is charged on the guidebook form but I rechecked the form and there is nowhere to request this. One of my children had to sleep on...

「The property was in an amazing location. We could walk to most things in the CBD.」

「The property was perfectly set up and very thoughtful in what you would need and more. Very clean to the highest standard. We stayed for 8 nights and couldn’t ask for anything else. Central, easily accessible by foot or tram or Uber. We will definitely stay again and tell all our friends.」
