"When we got to our room, the air-conditioning was not working. We were traveling with our granddaughter and we had to have a technician come in and change the air-conditioning from the wall control to the window control. It was 80° when we got in our room."

"The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area giving directions. The breakfast menu was very good hot and cold foods plenty of fresh fruit they kept it well stocked, coffee 24/7 which I appreciated. Plenty of parking although we didn't know it first if you could park in the back all the way towards the vet. One of the staffers actually came out and walked us around and showed us as far the parking lot went, so we knew we can park over there. Great stay."

"This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "
