Clean, well-run hotel situated in a newly built Cosco shopping-and-restaurant area. (While right off 202, you can actually walk to some restaurants, which you wouldn't be able to do from hotels off Bethlehem Pike/309.) Decent choice for breakfast, particularly for a chain hotel. My only complaint would be that there's no soundproofing to the hallway, so you can hear doors being opened. But it is a clean, decent, place.

I had a handicapped room as I use a wheelchair. Room was roomy and allowed easy access in and out the doorway. The bathroom access was easy but the low height toilet was a challenge; whoever designed the bathroom obviously never had to utilize a wheelchair or walker. Also a walk-in shower would be most helpful.

The place is definitely beautiful, but the staff is awful. We waited on the counter for 25 minutes and nobody was around. The room did not have a remote control for the TV and you could not call from the phone to the front desk It was and Neil sticking out of the carpet that my wife stepped right in it. We put a table on top of it and told the staff when we checked out. Breakfast is the cheapest plastic silverware with paper plate Absolutely terrible

Pros - The common areas and our room were clean and well maintained. The pool and spa were a big hit with our grandchildren. The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a variety of foods to start the day. Cons - The fitness room was under construction. This wasn’t an issue for us, but would have been an issue if the pool was under construction. I have learned to call the hotel before booking to make sure the amenities I want are in working order. I had reserved a crib/pack-n-play for our room, but they didn’t have any.

The ice machine not working on my floor. Zero amenities due to renovations. No vending machines. Tried to get in 1/2 hour early and it seemed to be a major problem with the manager Dana. After I begged and told her I'd be late for a wedding she miraculously found me a room. Was not customer service oriented at all!!!!!! Indoor pool dirty. Never stay there again.
