The room was wonderful. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the bus which is right across the street going toward center city. There is a convenient store one block down around the corner, and restaurants a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

The man who was the main guy being rude was actually named DUMMI . The man who lied about the bags was named Shell. Both should receive training and be reprimanded or fired. Absolutely NO Customer Service.
