The staff here Is so pleasant! Always very helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast leaves a little to be desired. It is mostly items you need to reheat. The property needs some painting, but generally well maintained. There are little things (toilet paper holder not secured well, bathroom door sticks, etc) in every room we’ve been in. But, it is clean Housekeeping does a good job.

The rooms were magnificent we had a very welcoming experience with all the staff from the time we got there until the time we left. We were able to enjoy staying in and cooking our own meal while staying not only was that a lot more affordable but it was also very convenient and relaxing being able to stay in for the night with family and enjoy all the other amenities this place has. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and will continue to recommend this place to others. You will not be ashamed with your purchase.

I was there for a 3 day convention and my stay was very quiet & comfortable. The property was clean, my room was comfortable and clean and I had everything I needed. Staff was accommodating and took care of my requests promptly. Breakfast and coffee were surprisingly very good! I would recommend this property for a quick stay.

This stay was satisfactory compared to my last trip to TownePlace Suites Marriott Horsham. The staff services were satisfactory this trip, and my room was okay. I requested a room on the third floor, and the staff members gave me an accessible room for a disabled person. I didn't like that, because someone who was disabled could have used this room. These were stains on the couch, some hairs in the bathroom. This stay was okay, but my last experience was better. Hopefully, they will correct their mistakes next time.

A nice place with very nice people on staff. I did think the entrance of the building in which I stated is about due for a new paint job, as there was a fair amount of chipped paint.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is the hotel i choose when I am Philadelphia....it is very clean, has a nice kitchen and a smart TV so I can watch my Amazon and Netflix movies....also I am able to bring my small dog. One thing I did not like is they did away with the black out curtains and put up shades which did not block out the morning sun...also the flower beds were full of weeds which made the property not looked well maintained. All-over this hotel is great and the staff are always very helpful and welcoming....I can also borrow various kitchen things as I need..like a blender.
