「A great hotel for a quick getaway. Cleaned to a high standard with very comfortable beds and even the basic room has plenty of space and good lighting. Hairdryer and iron were already there. The pool and gym are just the cherry on top and the surrounding area is great for a walk. A perfect autumn getaway and one of the few hotels still worth booking, it looks exactly as described -you can tell they keep up with maintenance. Very polite staff, too. Just a few minutes away is a bus stop to get...

「I was completely shocked when we arrived and saw the state of this hotel. Run down, dirty, just unacceptable. There was supposed to be a dining room when I booked the rooms, but this closed between booking and arrival with no notice. I felt that the security of this place left much to be desired. Had to get the receptionist to show me how to lock the door ("old school: you have to pull the door towards you as you insert key into lock...!") As well, no screens on windows and windows left open to...
