「Lovely accommodation, with friendly staff who were very polite and helpful. The room was very tidy and clean, the only con would be the mattress was slightly uncomfortable with old springs. We overlooked that as the property was perfect for us. 」

It is a lovely hotel above an Italian restaurant with very convenient access to Penarth train station with regular trains into nearby Cardiff. It has both single and double size rooms and I usually choose a single. The rooms are well appointed with rather basic shower facilities, tea & coffee etc. a very nice full cooked English breakfast is available (extra) and of course there is the very convenient...

「Incredible decor, there isn’t one small detail which Howfield Hotel has missed! Amazed by the thought of the little touches to the decor. Very pretty rooms. Very clean and easy to get to from the public car park. Great restaurant choices around the hotel too. Highly recommended. 」
