「Our tv had no remote. Luckily we discovered this before the front desk closed at 11. Went down, they said sorry there’s nothing they can do. Suggested universal remote app and said it would work cause tv and my phone are on same WiFi. This is incorrect, different WiFi’s. Couldn’t access or use tv and we were planning on watching several movies.」

「First for the good: the beds were comfortable, the room was pretty clean. The restaurant, though furnishings are old, is cool because of the view and it has that retro vibe. Food was OK. Servers were accommodating. Now for the problems: Parking needs serious work. Lower level of the ramp was full of nasty potholes. Hotel needs refurbishing, furnishings and carpets are old and worn. And what’s the deal with the elevators? It took me on a mystical magical, not so fun ride. It wouldn’t get off...
