"Overall this is a great place to stay in Duluth. My biggest and honestly only issue was how noisy it was. Not sure what's with the plumbing but when any one did any bathroom things in the near by rooms it was so loud. And I brought ear plugs. If I stayed again I would request being far from any other occupied rooms. "

"Parking lot snow removal could be better. Once we found a parking spot, we backed into and parked onto a snow bank. Either have a vendor that can properly remove the snow or add more parking spaces. We avoid using public WIFI, our mobile service was terrible in our rooms. We could only receive internet service once we left the building. "
