「Big thank you to the team at Conrad for making my wife’s birthday so memorable. Staff was willing to help out with birthday decoration compete with their signature cheese cake. The hotel is new, well equipped (though no spa) and very accessible.」

「The room is excellent and clean, amenities were superb however the WiFi is quite slow and the electricity sockets were so tight as my adapter can’t fit in.」

「The maintenance of the hotel is good. Good for family travel with kids as their pool is big & fun. Great location as have subway exit right in front of the hotel.」

「Great location near the bay and the malls, and the housekeeping and front desk teams were genuinely warm and helpful. The hotel itself is dated and would benefit from a refresh, and breakfast service was a letdown. No one to clean the buffet area and food replenishment was slow. Good people up front, weak hardware and weak dining service.」
