"We loved the hotel’s location, services, and breakfast. Irene from the concierge team was exceptionally friendly and helpful—she shared great recommendations on places to visit in Zhuhai, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
After we checked out, we realized we had left a few items in our room. Irene contacted us immediately so we could retrieve them. We’re truly grateful for her outstanding service.
