Old-style luxury and attentive and friendly service. It was our first time in Zhuhai and the staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable, relaxing stay. Among the staff, Jim and Ben, in food and beverage, were extremely helpful and considerate. Sean and Joey, in Check-In at reception were very accommodating and approachable, Terry and Bettie, in Butler and Concierge services, were always available to assist. Beyond that, they all spoke varying degrees of English and were very kind and friendly people - which made our time in Zhuhai quite enjoyable. Thank you from Ben, Kathleen and Austin.

An eye opening experience with St. Regis Zhuhai Butlers did an incredible job making us feeling most welcome! Jason Shawn Ambe Were a great team. Jason ,one of the butlers was the highlight of our stay , he is a true gem and he was willing to go above and beyond!

Poor standard, not worth for this level of price

First of all, usually I'm not a demanding customer BUT in view of the price and class of this hotel, I have a reasonable expectation on the service and thus I make the following comments:- 1. The buffet breakfast is POOR. The waitress led us to the table after a long time queuing, and we sat down, another family showed up and told us that we were using their table, while there was no any indication on the table was being used and the F&B staff did not have any record on the table arrangement so that they did not even know that the table was being occupied by the others!! After they arranged another table to us, they served coffee, and you can see in the photo that the coffee leads and make the cup looks so dirty, and the hot coffee was NOT hot!! 2. Room is nice but not clean enough, while dirt were found in the drawer of the cup cabinet. 3. Butler service was so-so. When we requested for ice bucket with ice, they only sent the ice to our room and claimed that we didn't ask for bucket. 4. When my friend called and asked for some arrangement before check-in, the staff doesn't knows English!! Conclusion: I won't recommend this hotel to others and this was definitely the one and only one time I would stay in the hotel. I cannot believe the standard of this hotel is so poor!!!
