It was a pleasant stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was big and comfortable. Location is a little bit far from the metro station. Swimming pool and fitness center is a also bit far from the main building.

Staff was fantastic and accommodating, especially with energetic children. Hotel rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed. Great stay for 3 weeks! A little far though from the central areas of Shenzhen.

Great hotel for business trip

This is my second time staying in this Sheraton for business trip. Very clean hotel with large space. The breakfast is very good with large amount of varieties. Hotel staffs are very nice. Feel the hotel likes a warm home. It is definitely the hotel I want to stay for my further visit Shenzhen.

It was a great experiense to stay with Sheraton. Rooms are big and comfortable. Huge bads with very comfortable matrce. Pesonal were very helpfull espesially Mariia Kosacheva. Thank you very much!

Very comfortable stay. We were upgraded to a wonderful room. It was very spacious and super comfortable. The bathroom was nice sized and had all the toiletries. The breakfast buffet was quite impressive—lots of choices in Chinese. Continental food was good, too. Our only complaint is that the eggs, sautéed mushrooms and fried potatoes were kind of cold unless, of course, you had them prepared for you. I also think the orange juice was canned and not squeezed. Some of the staff in the restaurant had difficulty communicating in English but they were very helpful and polite. The location was okay. We thought it was kind of far from the city center and all the major malls. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay there, and we would like to come back.
