「We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. My husband and I arrived and the concierge Adriana. I think. She set us up with a wine tasting and pizza cooking class that was perfect for us. Small Italian owned and gave you a real feel for the countryside. She also showed us a hiking path from the hotel. Above and beyond service. We stayed in some fancy hotels and this stay was BY FAR our favorite ❤️ thank you. 」

「意大利全程最贵的一家酒店，和四季价格差不多了，位置很好，在老桥旁边。一开始感觉都很不错，包括酒店位置服务之类的。但是，最后一天早上退房后，中午在威尼斯收到了酒店的扣款，说是其中有个房间有消费酒水和小食，扣费前没有收到任何的邮件和电话通知，要不是设置了扣费自动微信提醒，自己都不知道被扣费了。立即询问同行的朋友，他们表示绝对没有消费，一定是弄错了。当下就给酒店打电话，来来回回折腾了很多次，体验感很差，这个级别的酒店不应该出现这种问题。」

Eva and Gemma were wonderful communicating with us prior to our trip so all our activities could be coordinated. They informed us that many of the activities we were interested in (horseback riding, truffle hunting, winery tour) were offsite and so would require us to drive, but they were very helpful in arranging a private ride back and forth to Florence and a 2-day car rental while we were at the...

「Great location, most of the nice shops are just one block away. Clean and comfortable room, staffs are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Valentina, Riccardo and Victoria. Parking service was excellent and convenience even the hotel is located in ZTL. Breakfast was nice. Will return.」
