「I have booked this resort reason for the Phuket Marathon, this resort is nearby the starting point of the Marathon event. The resort has a good view of the beach, there are many facilities, such as fitness centre, swimming pool, restaurant and club house. I would appreciated that the resort can provide early check in for us. Then, we can drop down the luggage and visit attractions smoothly. Last but not least, the staff are very helpful and nice! We did not know how to going to the gym room, so...

「I was traveling with my family. We stayed at the sands Khao Lak for 3 nights in a pool access room. My girls loved the slide pool, the weather was so nice and the buffet breakfast was good enough. Overall we loved our stay at the Sands Khao Lak 」

「We have the beach front cottage which was very nice, located in the centre of all facilities easy to access. Pool is large. I booked half board however they don’t provide free drinks with food not even water which was disappointing」

「We stayed at the pool suite for EDC. The room was surprisingly pretty and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and patient (I only found out there was an app to order room service on my last day and kept calling down the concierge). But please be aware that there’s no sunlight by the pool in the lower floor pool suite. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay. 」

「Lovely breakfast」

「The beach and pool are great!」

「 I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with the overall experience. The room felt old and poorly maintained, which did not justify the high price of 6,000 HKD per night. In addition, there was a lot of noise in the mornings that made it difficult to sleep and rest properly. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, given the condition of the room and the disturbance, I don’t feel the stay was worth the cost 」

「Location, activities, proximity to airport. Excellent Service」

「Peaceful and luxury resort! Restaurants price r reasonable. Provide beach volleyball and stand-up paddle. Beach massage available next to the resort. 」

「very nice staffs and local tour information center is helpful. Hotel is close to main street, which has bars, supermarket, resto (only 10 mins walk). very nice beach and plus three pools and well enough beach chairs. 」
