Had a stay for 2 nights. Hotel environment is very relaxing with well trained staff which is great for vacation purposes. The swimming pool is huge with lots of room for all guests. Comfy and relaxing stay
I was traveling with my family. We stayed at the sands Khao Lak for 3 nights in a pool access room. My girls loved the slide pool, the weather was so nice and the buffet breakfast was good enough. Overall we loved our stay at the Sands Khao Lak

Very poor communication with reception. Paid for breakfast, but no known breakfast services. Front desk didn’t even advise until checkout.
