「酒店房間舒適整潔，員工有禮笑容滿面。早餐豐富款式多美道很好！ 酒店附有沙灘……可惜天氣原因浪大不太合適游泳，但在沙灘享受陽光也不錯！ 沙灘傍邊有很多餐廳，味道好價錢合理！ 泳池很大！池泮吧的pizza，沙爹串燒味道很正，價格合理，又沒有加收服務費！ 今次只入住三晚，下次一定要多住幾天！」

「I am pretty honest when it comes to hotels and reviews but have to say this is the most beautiful place to stay. Our room had floor to ceiling windows and we could open 3 sides and look into lush nature with a great plunge pool and a fabulous hotel pool.This is stars above anywhere else we stayed in thailand. I dont want to leave a review as I want it to remain a hidden gem! The beautiful setting and one of a kind rooms are very aesthetic with great attention to detail and with the environment...

「Das Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (in der Nebensaison!) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und höflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. 」

「Had a stay for 2 nights. Hotel environment is very relaxing with well trained staff which is great for vacation purposes. The swimming pool is huge with lots of room for all guests. There are swimming section and rest area with adults only. The room interior is clean but some equipment need to be refurbished.」

「The bathtub is quite dirty, with little sand and hair on it. However, the overall experience is satisfied. The view is awesome and the surrounding is quiet. The staff is friendly as well. Recommend for everyone who would like to have a vacation in Koh Lak! Make sure you rent a car or motor bike for commuting from the hotel to downtown. 」

「The couple who’s running the hotel ist pretty much the cutest! They are so nice and friendly. We even broke a key and it was not a problem. We also stayed one night longer than we booked this was also not a problem. It is in general really cute the rooms and the pool area are completely enough and it is very quiet so you can really enjoy ur vacation. We had a really nice time there and we are open to visit again! 」
