Absolutely amazing stay. The room was a bit dated, but we had a balcony, and great view. The pool is amazing, the restaurants are great. Beautiful stay! Some areas need a tiny bit of restoration love (floors as you enter the dining area) amd tile coming off on the in-pool chairs and the big fans in the lobby are not attractive if you are looking for a “complete vibe” but those are unimportant notes compared to the overall experience of staying there. Lovely staff and surroundings - gardens are exquisite and food is sooo good! Definitely book casa boho at the top of the hill Nearby to loads of fun attractions and not far from Phuket

Overall, the hotel met our expectations, especially regarding the standard rooms. The general staff was extremely friendly and service-minded. However, a serious issue arose with the operations director, who refused to take any responsibility, even in obvious situations. On three consecutive occasions, there was no hot water in our room. Each time we called staff, and they confirmed the issue – yet he flatly denied it was the hotel’s problem. When I mentioned that it's unfortunately common in Thailand for technicians to claim that things work when they clearly don’t, he accused me of being racist. I found this deeply offensive and unfair. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been treated this poorly. As a result, I requested to check out early – despite having three nights left and being on a family trip. This man has the rare ability to ruin a great hotel and an outstanding team. Give him a beautiful hotel and a dedicated staff – and he will still manage to mess it up.
