「there was a situation happened and feel your staff was handle it not properly . I was in your restaurant meet someone but a colleague who was check in with me together requested change the key for her to get into my room and you just did but not double check with me. you change the key for her but then I was not able enter the room. 」

「I have been visiting this hotel since 2012. This is my 4th visit. This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and deep plunge bathtubs nestled in the snowy forest.
