Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel
The room was spotless, the staff was amazing and they had great amenities. The hotel is also very close to the Shiomi train station so it was very convenient.

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake
Room was clean and staff was helpful. I was surprised the room did not have complimentary tea or coffee. The parking discount was very helpful. Connection to mall and onsen was convenient. Expedia’s offer to include onsen access at booking was also helpful.

Booked 2 rooms. 1st room #2650 had stained carpets, frayed at the seam, grout in bathroom looked dirty, walls scuffed up. 2nd room #2651 smelled of body odor right when you opened the door. Tried to change rooms, but was told hotel all booked up. Staff finally smelled it and the room got changed. ...
