「We loved it so much here that we added an extra night. The staff was phenomenal and so very personable. The hotel is lovely, fresh and new and very clean. It was an easy location to take the train or bus around Naples. They provided parking as a cost. We highly recommend this hotel. We do plan to return!」

「Hotel staff is very nice, mindful and quick response! I asked for a pot of hot water, they can send it over within 15 mins. Breakfast is very delicious (plata of ham, bread, yogurt) and of course the hotel view is awesome. However, you can think about other restaurants for dinner.」

「The hotel is well-designed, meticulously maintained, and the staff is very responsive. When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. We really appreciated that level of service. 」

「How wonderful it was to open the curtains in the morning and look out and see the sea panorama of Ischia Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento all in one sweep. That alone was worth staying here, but in addition, the room was comfortable. The facility was clean and charming. Only mention is our room had a tub set up only and was a little slippery tricky to get in and out for a shower. The staff were superb and helpful at every turn.
