「The room was lovely & comfortable. The Evening meal was delicious.
The only thing that let us down was the breakfast. It didn’t seem to be freshly cooked and wasn’t very hot & not very well cooked. A shame. If we stay again we will not pay extra for the breakfast.」

「I rarely write reviews about holiday stays but had to do so for our three night stay at Grange Manor. The room was fabulous-luxurious,spotless and so comfortable and the extra finishing touches made it a home from home. Breakfast served every morning in the room was a delight. No noisy dining room nor rush to have table cleared away. All was at our pace which was what we wanted. A peaceful haven in a beautiful setting with the most friendly and helpful staff made this break first class. We...

「Moss Grove is a fantastic B&B in the heart of Grasmere. The staff were wonderful—their “we’ll do everything we can for our guests” attitude really made our stay.
The hot tub photos seen during booking however, gave us the wrong impression. It’s exclusively for the suite, with no access for other guests. We brought our bathing suits, only for them to spend the entire stay in our suitcase. A massive disappointment.
What did I like…the staff!!! Breakfast and location.
What didn’t I like? The...
