「The views from the William Vale are absolutely stunning, but the room itself was quite small and the amenities felt a bit basic. However, this seems to be the case with most hotels in New York.」

「It’s a great hotel, my only problem was that one out of the four elevators was down during my 4 day stay, making the wait for the elevator interminable. At one point we had to wait 25 min for the elevator.
The manager was not reachable, however Rachel at the front desk compensated us for the inconvenience by refunding us one night of our bill, it was a nice gesture, but the elevators waits truly affected the quality of the experience received at the Dominick’s.」
