「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Das Zimmer war super sauber & wurde jeden tag gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Von dem leckeren Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl & der super Bar, brauche ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Das Hotel ist wirklich eine 1 mit Stern! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. 「Nice hotel, but the staff really needs to decide if they want to be in hospitality. The majority of the staff never says hello or goodbye. They won’t even acknowledge you. They have very limited relationships with local restaurants, so they can’t help you get a table. Overall, the service is very unfriendly, and the front desk makes you feel like you’re bothering them. If you'd like to charge and advertise like a 5 Star, please provide 5 Star service. The worst part is that they charge €10...

Die Zimmer sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, man muss eine öffentliche Straße laufen+eine Hauptstraße überqueren. Der Beach Club ist kostenfrei, 1 Daybed kostet 100€ + 18 € für einen Aperol Spritz - auch, wenn man Hotelgast ist UND ein Daybed gemietet hat. 「A very unusual hotel, but also a very special place. Fabulous views and great food. Staff were amazing and very welcoming at all times. We would advise you to hire a small car as the nearest village is 4-5m drive and a taxi is difficult to get and very expensive. Prices are definitely above average and if this is something that worries you, I would definitely consider other options. Personally we would definitely revisit if we returned.
