Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The garden in beautiful. The food, for breakfast and dinner is exceptional

Excellent place - beautiful setting, very good food, lovely and comfortable room and great service. I highly recommend it.

Sweet well designed and decorated rooms

Only one night, late arrival but restaurant staff very accommodating. Room small but very clean and no problems. Bathroom nicely appointed. Would stay again , hopefully with more time .

The setting is idyllic with lovely breezes off the ocean and a spectacular view. The staff was always ready to assist with everything. We loved the food as well, especially the breakfast which was included.

We loved our stay at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel! The location on the water was beautiful, the staff (especially Phillip) was so welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. A charming place to spend our last couple of days in England. Thank you!

The staff was extremely and helpful.

We loved staying at Albert Cottage. It is a unique property with beautiful historical furnishings and design. The breakfasts are wonderful. There is a lovely sitting room where we played cards. It has a nice restaurant. It is an easy walk to the fantastic Osborne House. There were a couple of small plumbing issues due to the age of the building but they were taken care of and not significant. We stayed in many places during our trip to the UK and loved this one in particular.

Lovely stay. The staff upgraded us to a larger room because of the extra stairs we had to climb with our luggage. They did not charge us. Dinner was delicious, and the service wonderful.

Beautiful building in an amazing historical location. Great value for the price, we would definitely stay again.

Nice place. Friendly staff

As always the Captains Club hotel was excellent!

Historical hotel in the center of a quaint town , very walkable , nice gardens The hotel’ s restaurant is very good with ample portions and hotel ‘ s guests get 30% off

The room was just what we wanted, with two twin beds. The wi-fi worked easily, and the bathroom was very up-scale. The lounge felt welcoming, which expanded the size of our living space. We loved the breakfast, which was both professionally put together and personalized. We felt welcomed by the hosts, who gave us excellent directions and suggestions. A very pleasant stay!
