"Easy to check in as long as you follow the directions. Have to download an app to enter appartment. Club house was closed on weekends, had to use an app to access the pool. Support was helpful with that. Good experience overall. "

"The place was just ok. I don’t know the area and didn’t feel comfortable, as I am a single mom with 2 kids. It didn’t feel the cleanest inside or outside. A few complaints: 1) There was no door on the bedroom connected to the kitchen, and no door to the bathroom; 2) in one bathroom you could not put toilet paper in the toilet which we were disgusted by; 3) the digital oven in the kitchen made erratic loud beeping noises through the night that woke up my kids; 4) keypad to front door was broken...
