「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「The stay was comfortable. Reception and breakfast staff were superb. Housekeeping could be better. They knocked to clean our room before we went out for breakfast. We told them we will be out in 10 minutes. Indeed we were. We were down to breakfast only to come back to our room undone. We took a nap had a do not disturb before we went out. Went out after lunch time. Came back later still our room was not done. That was the only downside of our stay. 」

「My sister and I stayed here for 6 nights on a recent trip to Cape Town and generally enjoyed our stay. We arranged an airport pick up through the hotel and he was largely on time for our arrival. The price did change at the last minute though and when I asked why, multiple times, no one at the hotel would give me an answer. The room itself was good, very spacious. The shower was over a tub which was fine provided no mobility issues. Ours did leak a bit so we'd end up with some water pooling...
