"The pool is on serious need of repair - the walls and ceiling are breaking in multiple areas. Staff were not polite or eager to offer any interaction except for one individual. No food available in the morning for breakfast then told no food in the evening for an hour due to no one around to serve. Broken hairdryer and broken toilet. Never again - crazy money for basically a bed "

"I had an excellent experience staying at Asbury Ocean Club hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made the start of my stay very pleasant. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
