"The check-in process was smooth. The hotel was beautiful. The room was immaculate. A lot smaller than I anticipated but we made it work. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet and breakfast staff exceeded our expectations. The airport shuttle booking process was very simple and I’m happy that they can take you to the two malls (MOA and Ayala). Ayala was in walking distance, so we opted to do that. I look forward to my next trip back to the Philippines. "
