"It smells moldy as soon as stepped into the room. Guess it's from the carpet. A staff showed a couple of other rooms after complaint, but they smell the same. During the stay, it was blackout all of sudden at one night. The staff on duty came and said it couldn't be fixed, so need to change room. Had to moved two luggage and all other stuff with help of a flashlight to a room at a different floor. Later, found the safe couldn't be locked in the new room. "
