「Overall, I had a decent stay. The room was super clean, and check-in was an absolute breeze, which I really appreciated. The hotel does feel a bit dated, with an overall 1990s ambience, and could definitely benefit from some updates. My biggest disappointment was that, considering how much I paid for one night, I wish continental breakfast had been included. 「Such a memorable stay at Shinola. From check in to check out all of the staff members were warm and welcoming. Terrance is the sweetest! The room was amazing and all of the bar/dining experiences were delicious. Cannot say enough good things about this property. We celebrated our anniversary at Shinola and it was an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to go back!」
